Pneumatic radial
BTL's radial shockwave line in three tiers, Easy, Pro and Elite, all built on the same 7 kg main unit.
Specs and prices are estimates based on publicly available data as of September 2026. Confirm details with the manufacturer or seller before you buy.
The Pro and Elite use BTL's MAGNUM applicator, which carries its own parameter controls and is rated for up to 4 million shocks. The Elite reaches 6 bar and 22 Hz, although its manual limits it to 10 Hz at 6 bar; the Pro and Easy top out at 4 bar and 15 Hz.
BTL's Czech specifications give the Elite an 8.4-inch touchscreen, the Pro a 5.7-inch screen and the Easy an LED display, and a trolley is optional. The BTL pages we reviewed name no US sales entity for its physiotherapy shockwave devices.
Where it stands out. A tiered lineup that fits several budget levels.
What to check. No clearly named US sales or service entity on the pages reviewed.
Every figure links to the page it came from. Fields the manufacturer does not publish are left out.
Pressure in bar, energy flux density in mJ/mm² and energy per pulse in mJ are different quantities. A figure in one row never stands in for another.
