Overview

Like the EMFOCUS series, it uses an electromagnetic coil in water and sets depth with the water level in the applicator rather than with gel pads. KAPHA lists horses, dogs and cats as target species, with 23 built-in protocols; its brochure gives 1 to 10 Hz and an intensity of 0.45 mJ/mm².

KAPHA's own pages give two different maximum depths, 45 mm and 65 mm, so we withhold that figure.

Where it stands out. The only veterinary-specific model found in this research pass.

What to check. No US veterinary regulatory record was located, and the manufacturer's own specifications conflict on maximum depth: 45 mm in one place and 65 mm in another.

Energy output

Pressure in bar, energy flux density in mJ/mm² and energy per pulse in mJ are different quantities. A figure in one row never stands in for another.
