Overview

With the standard SEPIA handpiece, energy runs from 0.01 to 0.55 mJ/mm², and the stand-offs supplied set the focal zone anywhere from 0 to 65 mm deep; STORZ MEDICAL America quotes penetration up to 125 mm. Frequency and energy are set on the handpiece itself, and an optional 10-inch touch screen adds patient management and recommended treatment settings.

An optional C-ACTOR handpiece extends the energy range to 1.24 mJ/mm². The T-TOP can be upgraded to the DUOLITH SD1 TOWER »ultra«, and STORZ designs the coil for simple replacement to keep service costs down. It is sold in the US and Canada by STORZ MEDICAL America.
